Gorgeous Family of Four! Souther California Family Photographer

Happy Friday all! I hope it's treating you well.

Sometimes you just get a session that is amazing and it's hard to choose only 20 photos because you want to give them all to the client! This family right here needed some family portraits for their house and look how perfect they came out! They are absolutely beautiful.

This is one of my faves of mom and son!

Special Promotion for November and December! Southern California Family Photographer

Hello everyone and welcome to November. NOVEMBER!! I can't believe this year is almost over it seems like it just started. They don't lie when they tell you how fast time flies once you've had kids. The years get shorter and shorter I swear.

So here we go. . . For any session you book in those two months I am offering a beautiful custom keepsake box (pictured below) for only $99! But when you order the box you will get a USB drive with your photo session pictures for FREE! That's a $50 value. Plus additional keepsake boxes you purchase for gifts are only $75! Take advantage of this offer while you can and I look forward to capturing your family memories.

Back to School: Southern California Child Photographer

Technically, it's not back to school since she's never been in school, but I thought it sounded better. These are for first school pictures because she is in Kindergarten! I don't think I have seen a kid more excited to leave her mom and go to school, but my kid was. She came back that first day and said she didn't even miss me and that she didn't think about me all day. Yup. Just like that. I mean I was happy that she loved it and was so eager to learn and make friends but geeze. Actually, because she had such a positive attitude I think it really helped me mentally because I was fine. I didn't cry like I thought I would. Anyways I absolutely love how these came out and will offer this set next year for back to school mini's.

Yes, I realize some of these are repetitive but she's such a good model and it's hard to pick just a few.

A Turns Two: Southern California Child Photographer

I did an adorable session the other week, actually it was like two sessions in one, of a pretty little girl turning 2 and a handsome little boy almost 5. I will probably blog their sessions separate so that the post is not a mile long!

So here is miss Aubrey a few days before her second birthday. What a precious cutie am I right! I have to tell you she was a little hard to get to smile she was looking at me like I was crazy as I made weird noises and faces to get her to smile. At least I was able to get a few out of her. Either way she is just too adorable.

We had enough time after their separate sessions to do some shots together and what a cute pair they are!

Lupus Awareness 1 Year Cake Smash: Southern California Baby Photographer

When this little girl's Aunt came to me with her idea for a surprise cake smash I knew I had to do it! Layla just turned one and her mom has been in ICU for a year now due to pregnancy induced lupus. She has missed out on her baby girl's whole first year of life. Layla's Aunt had an idea that she wanted to have a lupus themed session with purple and butterflies since these are the symbols for lupus. I thought that was such a beautiful idea and a precious gift for Layla's parents.

Layla was seriously the easiest baby I have ever photographed. I mean, she was so happy and smiley I didn't even have to work hard! Well we did have Grandma there to help ;)

Please share this post with all your friends and family to raise awareness for Lupus. And please keep this family in your prayers and ask God to watch over them and provide healing to her mom.
